So I'm in a brainstorming meeting and the leader is trying to get us to brainstorm on what happens during different points of the product cycle. He's basically defined regions in an excel spreadsheet and is just dumping stuff into these regions. Using an outliner would be much more effective...

Arrgghh... Nothing like getting a meeting request for a four hour meeting that starts at 8:00 am and then getting there and finding out the meeting is really a 3 hour meeting and it starts at 9:00...
