Steven's been doing an interesting experiment with Google boxes. He picks a (fairly obscure) search string relevant to something he's working on, and waits until his blog shows up in the top 5 or so places in the Google box, then picks another. As he hasn't had to completely republish his blog pages, you can look back and see how the rankings have changed over time. It doesn't take long for him to drift to the top for that search string, just from having the Google box on his front page. Nice. [Second p0st]
