Lessons learned from a small-scale intranet K-logging experiment.
Rick Klau on his company's month-long experiment with using blogs as a knowledge management tool: "It's not a slam dunk... But this was... a good first step to better understanding how weblogs might make us smarter." [Corante on blogging]
In the same vein, see "A K-log is..." and lessons learned from a large-scale K-logging implementation. I still think weblogs have the most promise for outward-oriented knowledge sharing (i.e. personal knowledge publishing) because people inside the same organization have more adequate means to connect with one another than like-minded people who belong in different organizations.
