 The Man in Black
Johnny Cash died today. I feel very fortunate to have re-discovered him in the past year. For a very long time, as the result of some unpleasant experiences, I viscerally hated Johnny Cash. However, late last year, on a whim, I started listening to American Man IV, Cash's last album. I was rewarded by a masterful collection of songs that are the culimnation of a very long, hard lived, life.
Poor Phil. He will be crushed by Cash's death.
