Another rugged day on the IBS front. When an attack hits, it is almost crippling. ugh. Fortunately, I recovered more quickly today and was actually able to eat a little dinner. I sure wish I knew why my IBS has decided to flare up.
After an IBS attack clears, I am unbelievable fatigued. This morning I was barely able to get out of bed. It reminds me of the description of the aftermath of epilepsy attacks. Evidently epileptics are just floored by fatigue. The IBS stuff is not at all near the epileptic scale but it does make one very tired.
