Today was my bi-weekly yoga lesson. Since I'm still roadkill - see yesterday's entry - we focused on "Immuno-Restorative" poses. Which are my favorite - they're so comfy, I fall asleep.Which according to my yoga instructor, indicates that I'm not an advanced yoga practioner or even a sort of intermediate practioner. No question there.

Today's routine consisted of the following poses (I have NOT provided links on the poses - I'm having some time constraint issues).  I will say that I felt better afterwards. The poses did seem to make a difference.

Seated Spinal Twist (Bharadvajasana - good God - these names!).

     Sitting side angle pose.

   Sitting Dog Stretch.

    Standing Dog Stretch.

   90 Degree Angle Pose.

 Hands on Chair Dog Stretch.

No pic for this one - Kneeling Dog/Cat Tilts.

Mountain Brook (let the snoozing begin!)

Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana).

 Supported Bridge (Setu Bandha).

 Viparita Karani.

 Savasana over bolster.
