Wolfgang complains* that "A PROGRAM MANAGER touched our code" and points the finger directly at me. So... I'll take a minute and explain exactly what a program manager is, why one should not be allowed to touch code, and why we sometimes have to.

*BTW: Don't take any of this seriously. Wolfgang and I certainly don't.

Like Tommy Williams, I've also been struggling a bit with how to improve team communication within Microsoft. My team is unique even within Microsoft: two of our developers live and work in Germany. Most of Microsoft teams are co-located.
