In January, a woman jogger was torn apart by vicious stray dogs on a jogging path; on the following day, another woman was seriously injured on another jogging path by marauding dogs. Aggressive dogs were sighted in the area as recently as last week, despite the park preserve's efforts to capture remaining dogs.
