I found this via the Weblog Outliner, a nifty new webservice by the ever inventive Marc Barrot, who also created Active Renderer for Radio. Anyway, the weblog outliner is the result of a search I did for a decent opml to html service on the web: voila... The Web Outliner can even search Feedster (a repository of opml directories and rss feeds)!
