I continue to be amazed at what doing a little focused analysis of client needs can do do demonstrate value. Cameron, at Kaldi's, said I looked very happy. I told her I felt like I'd found $250,000 - not for us, but for the Zoo, in just assessing, roughly, the value of one element of automation with their Web site. I think there will be more.

The trick will be articulating that vision and strategy and goals and measures effectively, including both mission and bankable, not that there should be so much of a differentiation.
