I wonder if the secret to telekinetics is not actually moving matter
through space, but moving time and space - manipulating probability.
Seems to me that if you can understand the mathematics and physics of
probability to the point where you can simply make things happen
because you winnow down the probability that might actually be easier,
in terms of an exchange of energy, than actually moving and object
through space in a given period of time. Just thinking about that makes
my brain hurt.
When I got to the concert at the Pulitzer Foundation tonight, I was
late, thinking the concert began at 8:00 rather than 7:30, primarily
because they made such a big deal about the doors opening at 7pm and to
be early to get a seat. Being late added to the transcendence of the
affair. I couldn't tell from whence the music emanated, so I walked on
tiptoes through the museum in the general direction. I think I
understand the concept of musical phrasing now.
