Help for "Help!" I probably hinted earlier that I've signed on as guest editor of a special section in ACM <interactions> magazine on user assistance (you know, "help". . .). Originally scheduled for the November/December issues, it's been pushed out to January/February 2007 (the "gadgets" issue turned into two issues). If you're interested in contributing to this special section, I have posted the CFP in multiple formats (also reachable from my articles archive page), along with the <interactions> author guidelines.
