I just love looking at and playing with unique information visuualizations, and now I can play and call it work:

The latest issue of ACM <interactions> is out, and I'm not in it; no problemo, I asked Dana Chisnell, an expert on the usability challenges of an aging population, to write the Pushing the Envelope column, and she graciously accepted. So there will not be an <interactions> column update on my article site. . . but, I was asked to submit a piece for the February appearance of UPA Voice, and I would actually like to hear your feedback on it: "Old dogs, new tricks."
