Pilots For Dean Pilots for Dean!. My name is Timothy Sipples, a.k.a. "ChiefPilot" at Pilots for Dean. I own a four seat Mooney airplane, and that's me in the photo sitting in the left seat as I'm landing in Illinois. We pilots and aviation enthusiasts are a close-knit community.
