12 miles this morning, again felt strong with no real after effects other than the fact it was freaking cold running around the lake. . .knees seem to be holding up and don't really feel tired right now. . .must stop going out on the night before long runs, they eat up a great deal of the day if you don't start before noon. . . 2:18:18 PM What do you think?
