Have you heard how Bush's Clear Skies environmental act will never work? Read this for an excellent rebuttal on that statement. As it turns out, it appears that the Democrats oppose Clear Skies because it does work. And even though it would be a useful piece of national policy, both the New York Times and the Washington Post have both denounced it on page 1. It's amazing how Bush manages to do so many things that should be near and dear to lefties hearts but is still hated. Misinformation probably has a great deal to do with that. |
