Gay marriage has been in the news lately, what with the supposed conservative President making motions concerning a constutional amendment defining marriage to be between a man and a woman, and I was wondering what the difference was between a civil union, which is what the great state of Vermont gave us in 2000, and civil marriage. If you are wondering too, this should help out.
