A wildand fire awareness seminar is scheduled for Thursday, July 17th, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Davis High School, 325 S. Main St, Kaysville, UT 84037.  Fire prevention specialists and local county officials will be on hand to discuss the Farmington fire, how wildland fires are fought, why mitigation is important and how to protect your home from wildland fire and mudslides after a fire. This seminar is an excellent opportunity for the community to learn how to protect their homes and gain a better understanding of how wildland fires are fought.
