The Honorable Christine M. Durham, Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court, will deliver the 2004 State of the Judiciary this afternoon. Chief Justice Durham will first address the House of Representatives in the State Capitol beginning at 2:00 p.m. She will then address the Utah State Senate at 2:30. Copies of Justice Durham's address will be available online at http://www.utcourts.gov/notices/ following the speech.
