Konica Minolta Abandons Photo Industry: "Shocking news from Konica Minolta today with their announcement of their withdrawal from the camera business. While Nikon recently announced it's continued pull back from film cameras this goes a step further to encompass Konica Minolta's digital business also. The withdrawal centers around an agreement with Sony who Konica Minolta have transferred their DSLR assents to (no real detail yet on what this means practically).
