Mac OS X Malware On The Loose? "There's a discussion going on at Macintouch discussing an apparent malware program called Opener, apparently developed by a loosely affiliated hacking group known as the Macintosh Underground." [MacSlash]

This script needs admin priviledges to be installed. But if someone knows the id and password of an admin account and can access the machine, then this someone can compromise the system in any case. This script is not able to spread unless the user of a machine leaves the doors deliberately wide open.

So, be careful of your user id and password, protect access to your machine, and don't install any suspicious scripts on your system. These are standard precautions on all computers.
