WS Messaging & HIPAA looms A recent article [InfoWorld 04.03.03] touts why reliable messaging is just as important as security in Web Services. Hmm.... anyways, MS & IBM have proposed an architecture and roadmap to address messaging (& protocols) that meet the need. Also check out the new features of MSMQ v3.0 - it includes SOAP & messaging over HTTP transport. Neat.
