Medical explaination of what Groove is

I am trying to conjure up a picture or a paradigm to explain to *HealthCare professionals what Groove (P2P) computing is about. Most of the *HC folks out here are very familiar with "Mainframes" and "PCs" connected to "Mainframes". So what I came up with is:  a Groove (P2P) box is a Mainframe and a PC combined and with multiple umbilical cords connected to each other. Any other explainations welcomed.
