Blog MANIA!!!

Wow, another free day (no school) tomorrow, too! Good thing, because I feel like I've been too distracted by other blogs today. Maybe I won't get sucked in tomorrow. That's what happens to me sometimes-I can go from site to site, endlessly reading and wake up to find I've been up all night. In today's case, I forgot to make dinner until 8:30 p.m. (Mmm..Pickapeppa sauce on my fish-yum) Because of my blog reading and posting all over the web, I almost have one music review written. Nothing else got done on my list, but I did manage to make Jell-O with Racheal. Today I joined:

Where men can link but they can't touch http://blogsisters.blogspot.com/

Also added a link here to:

Save Our Streams

Not about natural streams...radio streams! Saw this link while checking out the Duke University radio station site. Good 'ol Sean Haugh was the DJ for part of the day. It was so cool to hear someone I know on the radio!! Go Sean!!!

I forgot to mention that yesterday I bought a pair of Men's size 9 tennis shoes-

FOR MYSELF! Darn Targe't doesn't have any black ones in Women's- what's the deal with that? Are we suppose to be all lily white and dress white, too??? Argh. No real comfy black casual/dressy shoes for us either. That is in MEN'S. Nevertheless, I love my new, comfy shoes.

Welcome! Today is another beautiful, snowy, no school kind of day. Here are some links you may find interesting. Meanwhile, I'll be working on my to-do list: studying, sipping hot coffee, writing reviews for two local bands, supervising my daughter cleaning her room, writing MS Walk literature, and adding to my art site and the Guilford libertarian site. Ah, now some happy music to start off the day..."The Best of The Big Bands-In the Mood with Glen Miller". :-D Seems to make the little girl and the pug HAPPY!

Today's Local Libertarian Letters to the Editor: Two letters about war and freedom...

Freedoms begin to decline (Go Asa! Asa volunteered for my campaign and is a lover of local music like myself)

Cities must join the fight to save liberty -Describes a resolution we need to pass in Guilford County.

More about "The War"

Front-line troops disproportionately white, not black Numbers refute long-held belief

A Liberal's Case for Bush's War -bizarre.

Women and news blogs-are we less linked to, or what? Mine is not as "news core" as the ones in this article...

Where are the news-and-views websites run by women?

Enjoy, Jennifer
