Location, Location, Location

Still researching sculptures that point to geographical location(s) that are similar to mine.

Although interesting, I am not talking about intervisibility, where folks can see each other from each location. My idea is sculptures that can point to locations further away.

In some ways it is similar to the Location Sculptures of Eva Wohlgemuth in that they tie area/places together. Although mine is of a more static type, and does not have a system of multiple referencing sculptures.

The Kryptos sculpture near Langley, Virginia references a (possibly) different location, but does so with text. The idea for mine is that just it physically points (but it could include a textual component.)

hmmm...I am not able to find a common term or phrase to describe these sorts of sculptures.
