Scotsman: "Georgia said today that jets flown from Russia fired a missile on its territory, narrowly missing a village, but Russia's military denied the claim.
The missile landed without exploding, 40 miles west of the capital, officials said."
With earlier 'incidents' in mind, we can safely conclude that the 'missile' was planted there by the Georgian authorities.
