It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas
 It snowed for the first time here this morning. Actually, it didn't snow here at my home. It was raining when I left the house before dawn this morning. But as I was driving into work, as I came up over the last hill into Baumholder, I could tell that the white, fluffy stuff was definitely coming down.
Ultimately it didn't amount to much. Just enough to cover most of the ground, though as the sun came out and the morning dragged on, it was all melted away by lunchtime. Would have made for some nice pictures, but some idiot, who will remain nameless because I hate to put myself down, didn't have his camera. So you'll just have to take my word for it.
Funny thing: if this had happened back in Eagle Pass, they'd have shut down the schools for the day, guaranteed. Here, most people ignored it.
