Yet another article from a pundit looking for video games to influence coporate IT. I've read so many of these over the years, I've never seen much connection: "Online gaming systems such as Xbox Live provide an extremely rich collaboration environment that CTOs should be watching closely. ... This CTO is now paying closer attention to the gaming industry as inspiration for enterprise IT innovation. In the meantime, I’m trying to figure out how to save hostages and defuse bombs in Counter-Strike. See you online."

It is well-documented that big, traditional media online articles often do not reference URLs in articles, even thought they should. What seems really dumb, though, is when they give the URL, but as plain text, not a link.
