I see Comcast is bidding to acquire Disney. I don't know much about Comcast, but my guess is they are over-reaching. Though I believe they do have a strong track record as a shrewd bargain-hunter. I'm especially suspicious since this sounds like yet another "convergenge" or "content-pipe synergy" play (think AOL-Time Warner, among others).
