Have you ever watched someone struggle with relatively simple keyboarding tasks? Often they don't really know they are struggling, because they are just doing things using the few keys (and mouse techniques) they know how to use (arrow keys, backspace, enter, maybe PgUp/PgDn, clicking on the scroll bar buttons). I find it painful just to watch. Teach such a person a few simple keyboard shortcuts (there are many, of course, but just a few of the universal ones like CTRL-A, CTRL-Arrow, CTRL-Home/End, Home/End; sometimes even just right-click), go a long way.

Rig an elevator system so that no elevator responds when the hall call button is pressed normally. However, have an elevator respond promptly when it is pressed multiple times in quick succession.
