wow that was scary, i just posted an ad for an employee, avoided it all day, I need an employee, I definetly need to hire someone since the business is growing but its still scary, realizing that wow your business is growing and you need help. In general in the past, I've sucked at hiring people. Maybe this time will be different - this person will reflect me, my business. I guess it just hit me, this is real, this is really real. I've been avoiding posting that ad all day..scared to death, wanting to make sure its right, getting all the details in the ad..

that's not going to be the hard part I realize now..i'm going to have to do interviews and figure out phone interview questions and you'd think that after the interviews I've been too, I'd at least have a beginning idea of where to start..not a clue, what do I ask? where does one begin? OMG, this is scary.

to self: deep breath, relax, it all happens for a reason, gotta remember that, inhale, exhale and go do the dishes!!

so...coyote gulch has decided to try other avenues to his new theme design..wow, not sure how I'm feeling about that..trying one more idea before I send him an invoice

and I think I figured out how to fix the marbles theme

then i must get to work to pay for the new computer :)

Newbie Themes Test Page

my computer is dying....its been dying for awhile but I've just ignored it..oops, knew that would probably come back to bite me...but thank god for business lines of credit, at least I have the money to buy a new one. I remember I bought this current computer for about 2500.00 8 yrs ago and have modified it considerably since then, new hard drive, wireless card, new sound card and I have run out of PCI slots anyways to upgrade it further, its time for a new computer and now a nice new computer with more power is only 900.00 and its now considered a business expense. At least the hard drive is still good and I can just put the hard drive into the new computer and hopefully not lose any data..yes I'm still going to back up this computer before switching and pieces of this current computer are still good..just the motherboard and power supply are dying..crucial elements in a computer..definetly time to buy a new one....hopefully this computer will hold on til I get the new one
