so far.....in this crazy world of looking for my clone...
- one great potential candiate - wants $20/hr (5 more than I'm advertising for)
- one candiate - no way, wants more than I charge the client for - also didn't vibe with her
- one candiate - thought would be perfect - no show for interview (which sucks because I only got 3 hours of sleep, damn I could have slept in)
- one potential candiate - wants $25/hr
- one person I talked to - had never heard of quicken (lets see ad says you must have quicken experience)
what part of $15.00 per hour do people think they can negotiate with? where is that perfect employee, where do I find a clone of myself?
Seriously thinking of hiring the one great potential candiate for 20/hr but then there goes the profit with worker's comp insurance and payroll taxes..not sure what to do at this point - I need to hire someone but where is that someone???
