let me just say no one deserves to be yelled at for any reason. If you're going to get all excited and hyper and frantic and start yelling at people or constantly criticized someone, you deserve not to be answered. You should take a deep breath and think about how you'd like to be treated before you pick up the phone.
I do not work well when people are yelling at me, normally I'd walk away from this type of people but they are my main client and I can't walk away - at this point, I would if I could. Although his phone calls at the moment are going to be ignored, he needs something he can leave a voicemail. He acts like the world revolves his immediate gratifcation, they aren't my only client and they don't even pay me on time or my actual rate - they think they should get a discount because they were my first client. For the abuse I've been taking lately, they should pay double my rate.
