i am so annoyed with tigger ** - the head honcho there called and left a nasty voicemail and then wouldn't answer my calls back. He said that I was giving out tech support to my clients and charging them for it - how dare he insinuate that I can't charge my clients for my services.

It had come to their attention that I was selling my services as a tigger consultant  = no shit, really, I've been a tigger consultant since 2004 and they have referred people to me. I'm a tigger affilate too and geez if I had time, I'd take the test to be certified - actually though I told them if it would make him feel better - I'd take the test right now.

Maybe its the way I phrased my questions on the support forum - but honestly who am I suppose to ask if a client ask me a question and I'm stumped? I pay for tech support - shouldn't I be able to ask a question? exactly why do I pay 500/year for tech support if I can't use it for tech support? Its not like I call all the time, their tech support people are not that helpful

oh and apparently the book I wrote for support documentation ain't sanctioned by them and I should make sure I'm legally ok to produce such a book - its based on my training and implementation strategy and I only sell it to clients that I'm training - yea, I need to look into this one and make sure about it but their documentation sucks, I don't mean sort of sucks, it really bites.

if you google tigger (not the real name) consultant - I come up first - which is way cool and maybe I should change some wording on my website to mention that I do not give out free tigger support but why the hell would I anyways, I'm still going to charge you for support.

Now that i'm writing it all out - lol - too funny

**can't use the real name cuz they might get mad or something**

Cottonseed oil extracted from the seeds of the cotton plant after the cotton lint has been removed. It must be refined to remove gossypol, a naturally occurring toxin that protects the cotton plant from insect damage. Unrefined cottonseed oil is therefore sometimes used as a pesticide. In its natural unhydrogenated state cottonseed oil, like all vegetable oils, has no cholesterol. It also contains no trans fatty acids. However, it does contain over 50% Omega-6 fatty acids and only trace amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, and the imbalance is considered unhealthy if not used in moderation or balanced elsewhere in the diet. Further, these polyunsaturated fats can potentially go rancid during the extraction process. The growing consensus is that in hydrogenated (trans fat) form these oils are very unhealthy. Cottonseed oil was the first oil to be hydrogenated in mass production, originally intended for candle production, and soon also as a food (as Crisco). (info from wikipedia)

Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono and Diglycerides (DATEM)
A product made from vegetable fat that increases the volume of yeast raised baked goods. It improves dough stability and allows more tolerance in the handling and production of yeast raised products (info from bread.com)

Annatto is yellow, natural food colorant obtained from the seeds of the Bixa Orella tree and this tree is cute, its known as the lipstick tree

Erythorbic acid or erythorbate is a vegetable derived food additive produced from sucrose (info from wikipedia)

Azodicarbonimide (ADA)
An oxidant used in dough to give it strength, stability and better flow and extensibility. (info from bread.com)

Margarine is made by taking clarified vegetable fat, extracting the liquid portion under pressure, and then allowing it to solidify - yuck

so you may ask why I'm giving you a glossary definition of strange food words because something in the Jenny Craig food is making me sick - I'm pretty sure its the cottonseed oil, although it could be the mass amounts of tomatos, sucrose, high fructose corn syrup or the many varied names of sodium in the ingredient list.  So I cancelled my membership today, they were really nice about it and said maybe I should just count my calories and start exercising and not go on any diets that are prepared food based - I agree, now I know what a good portion looks like - also I know the calorie count concept - first couple of weeks - intake is 1500 calories, then down to 1200 calories for 4 weeks and then to 1000 calories + exercise - I think I can do that instead.  The food that didn't make me sick was all pure natural ingredients such as raisins, soy, wheat, corn bran, cinnamon, rice corn syrup, rolled oats - no strange fat or preservatives.

I say more power to those that can do this diet and have no food allergies :)

have you ever seen a huge frozen egg patty - very interesting - should have taken a picture of it..lol

me personally thinks it would be a hell of alot healthier to eat a real egg not one that's been frozen, preservatives added. I eat organic eggs in general.

I seem to be having a hard time digesting the frozen food with all the preservatives added - I think I'm allergic to something in them. The salmon dinner last night, my face swelled up, i got hives and I know I'm not allergic to salmon, so its gotta be something else in all those ingredients.
