CLINICAL WIRELESS

Examining Medical Wireless Tech

Whenever I received an unsolicited email regarding a new product, I'm always curious and willing to listen. What happens most times is that I'm directed to a Web site or a PDF file which is illustrated with a product shot, stock photos but hardly any detail about how the product is implemented. I can't be so naive to believe that this isn't done of purpose. It's meant to prompt you to call the company for more information. In the majority of cases, it's difficult to find the few individuals who are designated to answer any detailed questions.

To this I would say that any product is better presented in an editorial context, either talking about new approaches to clinical problems or the use of new technology with the definition of the terminology that needs to be clarified. It's very difficult to begin an interesting conversation without be able to talk with someone who has actually used or even physically seen the product.
