Wireless e-mail service expands support to Microsoft-based handhelds
Good Technology is announcing its plan to support the Microsoft PocketPC operating system. As noted in this post on SFGate.com, Good also unveiled its newest software version, GoodLink 3.0, which adds the ability to view e-mail attachments in their original formats, such as an Excel spreadsheet, or Adobe Acrobat file. Other new features include a miniaturized version of Microsoft's popular Outlook e-mail program, improved security and toggling multiple windows running different mobile applications.
Good already suppports palmOne's Treo600 and RIM's Blackberry. It will be interesting to see if Microsoft's smartphone platform will be included in this expansion.
