While I am flattered that he asked me, I am also wondering about a "monk" acting as a curator. I mean a monk knows about meditation and even about enlightenment and of course has a personal taste for this or that....but does that a curator make? What do you think LR? I mean, being a curator is an artform in itself, yes? Hm, and it was excellent with the steamed green beans and the Pinot Noir......I think I have all of her beautiful cookbooks. Donna Hay is Australian and her books cover Mediterranean and Asian cuisine and everything in between. If you search amazon.com for "Donna Hay" and buy any of her books, you can't go wrong.
