Top international artists and architects to collaborate in works of snow and ice in the winter of 2004
Some today’s most exciting artists and architects have joined forces to design works out of snow and ice. Extraordinary architectonic structures will rise in the towns of Kemi and Rovaniemi in time for an exhibition from 12 February – 31 March, 2004.
