Recording La Semana I just spent 5 hours straight in the studio. Forgot about lunch. Forgot about everything. My back hurts, but I am still humming the last tune I was working on. That is usually a good sign. This digital revolution is fantastic - I LOVE being alone in my studio and working on music.
