Friday HappeningsFriday I spent my second day at MacWorld. I really enjoyed it and wrote about it in my techblog. That evening Nicole and Jeff came over, and with some of Kenneth's friends we celebrated Kenneth's birthday. More on that later. SaturdaySue worked and I went on a bike ride. It was my first ACTC ride of the year and was a hard ride for me. We rode Hicks (the hard way) and two other good climbs. My legs hurt for awhile after that! Late that afternoon we went to a cattery. Mary Milsner is in Santa Clara and she breeds and raises Apple Headed Siamese. These are more traditional Siamese like were in the Disney movie "Incredible Journey." Most of the Siamese cats you see at cat shows have long pointed muzzles, huge ears and are long and wiry. Mary's Siamese are stocky and robust. Her cats were wonderful. I fell in love with the kitten pictured here! She was part of a litter of five kittens and she was the only one who came over and made herself at home with us. She was a sweetie, I wanted to take her home.
SundayAgain, Sue had to work most of the day on her book. Kenneth and I went for a hike. I made a great pot roast for dinner
