My Employer
I haven't officially blogged about my employer, Quilogy, until today.  In the consulting world, we are a small company compared to the big companies like IBM, Accenture, or even Avanade.  But, in the grand scheme of things, we are a good sized company.  We have 14 offices and 300+ employees. Our company also has an interesting mix of services (consulting, training / education, Creative, Strategy, Hosting, etc).  We are a Gold Certified Partner, Solution Provider, and CTEC (training center).

We have partnerships with Microsoft, Oracle, Crystal Decisions, and XIOTech. Just recently, it was announced that Quilogy was ranked #399 on the VarBusiness 500 ranking.  We have a lot to be proud of.

In some blogs, one can read about the dirty laundry of someone's employer. But I'm not stupid enough to do that.  As an employee in a small consulting company in a tough economy, it's easy to sit back in the cheap seats and criticize though.  But today is different.  I want to point out something that Quilogy did well.  Read on...

Microsoft's Announcement

Today Microsoft announced the RTM of Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) Enterprise Edition. Additionally, Microsoft will introduce several new deliverables for customers including Identity Integration Server 2003 for Windows Server Feature Pack, The Microsoft Identity Management Solution Accelerator developed with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Directory Services Markup Language 2.0, and Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM).

Quilogy's Part in the Announcement
We had a group of people who were working with Microsoft before this announcement.  To see the results of our work go to the Identity and Access Management and click the DEMO link on the right side.  What you'll see is an impressive flash animation that some of our folks designed and developed.  Listen to that smooth narrator.  I encourage you to check this out.  Great job, guys!
