So, I've been thinking about the "working with smart, nice people" and I've changed my mind a bit.  In talking with a friend I've decided enthusiasm (and even better is "aggresive enthusiasm") is what I would most enjoy.  I want people to be smart and nice, but I also want them to share in my excitement and provide some of their own.  I'm sleepy after an afternoon at a pool and fun playing with a puppy.  Even if I don't have all the enthusiasm from myself and others that I would like, life is good.
