Okay, here I am. Today, I:
-Went Goodwill shopping (got two skirts, two shirts, five books and a pair of pants!)
-Went to this temp. bookstore that was cool
-Bought tickets for Mary Prankster tonight...last time I tried to make one of her shows it was sold out and I'm quite excited about the jumping around and fun-ness.
-Talked, talked, talked - catching up with Scott mostly...but a few phone calls
- Cleaned out my fridge...okay, I'm a little ashamed that there were multiple things with an expiration date that passed a few months ago
- Went through the past two weeks of mail
- Put away most of my clothes from my travels
- E-mailed two of my bestest friends "catch-up" messages
It's no wonder I want to nap rather than working on my procrastinated work that's due Monday. Blah. I might have to ask for an extension.
Thanksgiving with Chris's family was nice. Very different from my families, but also enjoyable. It ties into my fascination with how different families are.
I went to see "Finding Neverland" last night and think it's wonderful...at least an 8 out of 10 (where 10 = the best movie ever). I was pleasantly surprised since I hadn't heard anything about it. I would watch it again.
I need a nap so I'll be ready to have a good eve later. I haven't had a night's sleep in my bed in almost a week, so I'm a bit tired. Oh, but I'm also reading a great book and want to read. heh.
