Crosby, Stills, Nash and Gun David Crosby was arrested yesterday at a Times Square hotel and charged with possession of a loaded .45-caliber handgun and a small quantity of marijuana after both items were found in his luggage. Crosby served a year in Texas jails in 1985 after being convicted of previous drug-related weapons charges. The title of his latest solo album, "Oh Yes I Can," is probably not an assessment of  his chances of beating the latest allegations.
