A Mighty Wind During a surprise visit to Baghdad by Donald Rumsfeld and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Richard Myers, Myers told US troops, "I have never lost confidence in the folks who wear this uniform." Earlier in the week,  Bush made a statement about the decapitation of Nicholas Berg and assured Americans that the "the folks who did this" would be caught.
