The Book of Laughter and Forgetting The US and Central American countries have just signed CAFTA, the Central American Free Trade Agreement.  It's the sequel to NAFTA.  If there's an eventual Latin American Trade Agreement, it will not carry a similar acronym, for obvious reasons. 2:58:05 PM
