6? [posted by Troy] Ok, so the Tour de France starts July 3rd, and most of you won't care at all. One of the reasons you don't care is because most of us don't know anything about it. Luckily for you, I called the BBC and they put together this handy little Web site all about the tour. So, read up and get ready for the big ride.

Who put that ancient city here? [posted by ZelderBar] So far the U.S. hasn't done a very good job at protecting some of the most important cultural treasures in the history of humanity. Once these are gone, they ain't coming back. But we wouldn't want something like the Hanging Gardens of Babylon to get in the way of a helicopter landing pad. Check these out:

Got some advice. [posted by Troy] Last night I had a dream that I was hanging out with Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. (Michael Jordan was around, but he I didn't speak to each other.) I asked Reagan and Clinton how people who achieved great fame adjusted to not being able to walk around in public. Reagan looked at me and said, "Adapt or die." Clinton just nodded his head with all seriousness. Don't you think that this answer was a bit gruff?
