I have a friend who's a black superhero...really, it's true. Black Comic Book Heros [posted by Troy] Check out this article from ABC that asks why there are no black superheros in US comic books. It's an interesting discussion of the disappearance of community across America, and how Iowa could be the last vestige of a passing time in American-life.
