Some Advice to You, Oh Consumer Giant
1. It's not a crime for two individuals who are not married to split a major purchase between two charge cards.
2. If you are going to have a seasonal employee work with another employee, be sure that both employees know what the hell they are doing.
3. In case you missed it, two people who don't know what they are doing...THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
4. Why do your employees look surprised that they are busy on December 22nd? Hmmm? I am not surprised to see your store full of people.
5. When two employees are working together it is generally in bad taste for them to argue infront of customers.
6. When we have to stand and wait for said employees to publically express their disagreement, you should serve coffee while we wait.
These are just a few ideas you may want to use next year. With Love, T & K
