The Tour de France Live Tracker follows the race live, but wait, there's more! It lets you see the heart rate of riders so you can gauge how much energy they are putting out. So, it combines Google Maps with the Tour Route with GPS data with mobile heart monitors. The average human has a resting heart rate of about 75 beats per minute.
